Organizing and working with designers and engineers to establish, prototype, test, and deliver a standardized design system, and pattern library for all of the internal and external products and services for the worlds largest and most successful game's media brand.
Product Designer, DIY — 2016 – 2017
Created experiences for kids to learn skills they can't get in school. Partnered with the Head of Learning, CCO, and CEO to incorporate game mechanics to aid in a new JAM pedagogy on mobile and desktop platforms. Wireframes, prototyped, mocked-up, retouched and delivered design specifications for development for a ground-up redesign of the products.

Worked on the Human Interface team building and delivering design specifications for the iOS, watchOS, and macOS platforms, as well as professional apps and accessories, including the Apple Music redesign.
Product Designer, Squarespace — 2013 – 2015
Began building the data-driven design discipline by incorporating user testing, quantitative and qualitative user feedback into Squarespace products. Focuses include user experience, user interface, mobile, brand, motion graphics and more for the NY based company, work includes Squarespace 7, CoverPages, Google Apps, Domains, Commerce and more.
Lead Product Designer, Constant Contact — 2009 – 2013
Lead Product Designer for SaveLocal, the social e-commerce alternative to Groupon for small businesses. Owned UI, UX, Mobile, and Graphic design. Shipped product and features and did extensive testing. Created conceptual ad campaigns, videos and infographics. Drove up webinar attendance 20%, and lead the usability tuning and production on product release communications. Visual design translated into HTML/CSS, participated in UX testing. Helped improve website visitor to trial conversion on brand front site.
