iOS 7 Blur Effect in Photoshop

In this Adobe Photoshop Tutorial, we go through creating the iOS 7’s blur effect on your mockups. You of course can use this technique to spruce up any mockup that you like for a modern UI look. The effect is achieved with a shape layer, basic transparency, gaussian blur, and a hue and saturation layer.
